Just as the White Light of the Power of God does disperse into the seven colour rays of the rainbow at the Divine Throne, so also does the pure creative Power of life flowing through man unceasingly, find its way from the spirit into the physical body of man through the seven chakras of the body, with their corresponding colours of the rainbow, and again, through additional five main chakras, at the back of the body.
Once these energy centres are not maligned, the path of their connection to the spirit allows for the continuous outflow of pure spiritual power into the physical body. A properly functioning chakra system means good health and well-being to the individual who has so achieved.
The smooth outflow of power from the spirit to the body ensures that the beauty of soul, and of body is attained, once there is also the counterpart of spiritual endeavoring with the individual. By means of the food and drinks we take, these energy-centres can be optimised. Coupled with certain simple (breathing) exercises, as well as with the use of gemstones and other colour treatment therapies, their strength and efficiency of operation increases.
The way thereto is easy and straight forward. Meaning that one can start by either awakening the spirit, which in turn excites compliance pressure on all other parts of the body for the free and smooth inflow of spiritual power into the body. Else, on the other hand, with the inability of the spirit to release the energies of life and beauty of soul and body, the employ of one or more of the therapies known for chakra treatment will do. And as soon as it can be achieved, even to as much as handling cases of diseases, problems such as obesity can be duly taken care of too.
